I think I may know the problem! There seems to be an issue with Javascript in WordPress 3.9.

It goes to some other people talking about this problem. When I add MM modules to a page, I can drag and drop them – but when I go to WordPress Widgets, they do NOT move any more. I’m running WordPress 3.9.1 and it is still an issue.
