Thanks for that, it has resolved several issues.
There is still one outstanding issue in relation to internet explorer compatability.

“The fonts are not displaying correctly in internet explorer 11 on the services, testimonials and portfolio pages. I have tried deactivating all the plugins and it does not seem to be a conflict with any of those.”
