Some of your plugins creating JS errors, which is blocking Pricing Table to perform required JS action. One plugin located at ..wp-content/leads/ and there may be more. No error was created by Pricing Table. Try deactivating all plugins and then create a new price table.

Let us know the update. Temp user require access to plugins activation/deactivation to find issue more accurately.
