OK, the Problem seems to be that I had the “MinMax Page Layout Builder” plugin installed which seems to be incompatible.
This is a bit unfortunate, after all that plugin was installed through your own theme (the “normal” Sensitive Theme) so at least some warning about the incompatiblity in the setup instructions would have been nice…
