Check following probable cases to solve the issue,

1. Your server is not allowing connection scriptlicense.net which is required to verify license
2. Your plugins/minimax/includes/ directory is not writable

If still can’t figure it out, send your email address in private reply. I will mail you a verified copy of MiniMax which will work without inserting key.
