if you change the domain after using support key for once (in case of single site license) you need to mail your support key to contact@wpeden.com,
but if your support is not working from beginning or not working even after unlock, please ask your server/hosting support to unblock scriptlicense.net and wpeden.com from their firewall. Thanks
