I am having the same problem. see: http://pinnacl3.my-ehost.com/other-car-care-services/ both with the same template, screws up the row height. Temp1ate “a” by itself: http://pinnacl3.my-ehost.com/test/ (looks fine). and template “b” by itself: http://pinnacl3.my-ehost.com/temp/ (also looks fine)
