Could you guys set up a standing post where you can continually provide updates on what issues and features you are working on for which version of the plugin and the expected date of delivery? This particular plugin seems to be your most popular and the suggested input would probably be most appreciated by your present and potential customers. Based on customer commentary on this site and the timing of responses to their questions, it appears that your company’s resources are spread way too thin. This particular plugin can be awesome… you have a great start with only a few items to address. I think this is the one you should showcase in terms of your technical talent, as well as, service and support.
