We appreciate that you have 1000’s of customers, and that you don’t need our business.
We also clearly understand your TAC and the phrases “worked with the product support team” and “sole discretion of InteliSoft Solutions”.
All we ask you to understand is that while we were willing to work with you guys, we could not justify allowing you admin access considering how much trouble we had with your original code. In concept, this makes no sense. Besides the risk of breaking something else is too great.
We would’ve been willing to send you our site configuration and plugin listing information, but you never asked for that. You guys went straight to the ‘give us admin access to your site’ scenario. That is never a 1st response solution for us, nor should it be for any serious business site owner/developer.
We would’ve been much more interested in knowing what was wrong with the code as opposed to having it ‘magically fixed’ behind the scenes. Barring that, we need WordPress solutions that integrate well and work out-the-box.
Not a problem. We just found another solution, deleted your code. and would appreciate a refund.
