If you click on the link you will find that I have column “price” is $14.95. However, I don’t have prices, I have monthly service fees that are recurring. I need to change this title to something more appropriate.

Actually I find the two static field to be very inhibiting and would prefer to be able to define all fields and rearrange as I see fit. What is the purpose of the two locked field names of “Price” and “Details”???

Note: I could use price for set-up fee and put monthly service somewhere else, but I think that would be confusing to customers and that the Monthly service should be at the top.
