I want to change the colors on certain pricing tables, is this possible, can I make a custom pricing table?

You can change color using custom css. There are different styles for some templates. Try these styles first. You can check all demos here http://demo.wpeden.com/pricing-table/

If you need still need custom color, send your page link . I will suggest required css updates.
