    The support from this company is entirely unacceptable. There seems to be no one available to deal with issues except every blue moon. I would like a refund and to cancel my membership. What do I have to do?

    You can cancel your Membership from your PayPal (Recurring Payment) account.

    Thank you for your reply, I appreciate your attention to this matter. How long will it take to get a refund and what else do I have to do?
