    I have placed this code on the page but it just shows the green template:

    if you were using free version earlier, please delete that and install pro version.

    I found the problem, the short code cannot be placed in the visual editor, only html.

    One last thing, how do I stop my custom css bullets from displaying in the list elements?
    Tried to wrap the short code in a div class but that didn’t work.

    you may need to adjust the css code for ui/li from your theme css file
