I have just transferred my site to another web host. It turned out that I can’t access to my Page Editor on WP at all, as my WP page editor would have necessarily included MiniMax as well in it. When I key in the support key of my purchased Minimax plugin, it is stated as invalid. What should I do now? As I am virtually denied access to Page editor =.=

I have sent the support key to you guys and your support team requested my WP site admin password to check it…there is still no response so far? May I know how is the progress? My MiniMax still can’t function to insert shortcode/widget…

Let’s say if it still can’t function no matter how, should I remove it and reinstall it again? I have deactivated it and reactivated it again, but it still can’t function well…. let’s say after i remove it and reinstall again already, it still can’t function, shall I get another downloaded copy?
