Hi,

I must be missing something. Where are the detailed Docs for this premium theme?

I installed it on my sandbox site, but I am not finding it very intuitive.

For example, Where is the main (“default”) front page as seen in the demo? I do not see one? I see front-page.php in the files, but my only pages are “Home”.

When I choose “Default Layout” in Page Template Options I get this:

There is no option for “homepage” in page templates.

Also, why is the “settings gear” on the left there?

I have numerous other questions, but I am thinking something is wrong and that is why I am having problems.

Again, I must be missing something. I have checked all the folders and files in the package and checked the site, but I cannot find any detailed documentation, like I generally see with premium themes.

I would be happy to privately send you my wp login info if you think that would help.

for default home page, select “Frontpage Displays = Your Latest Blog Posts” ( http://prntscr.com/142s0e )
and for other homepages, create a page with that homepage template then select the page as frontpage from reading settings.

Please delete customizer.php to remove settings gear from front-end

I am finding that also. there is no documentation the readme file just has a link in it. Would it not be more suitable to bother to write a how to, even a how to install when you have to upload manually as there is nothing tell us what permissions we are supposed to put and I gather we must have to set permissions as it is all broken for me. Half of what you say the premium theme has is missing for me, so either it is not really included or something is wrong with the upload. with bits and bobs everywhere with no real order. still trying to figure out what pages are created for product when I do not have a product tab and I created a page in every other section and still cannot get the product to see anything.

I simply do not understand it, mainly because half of it appears to be missing and broken on a fresh wordpress install also.

Sadly this implies that support is useless as I would not have even had to post this is you had bothered to include some documentation on how to use it, or even simpler how to install it when you have to manually.

Because of no documentation and a faq that has nothing of any use, I will not be buying another template from here and I was going to buy many of them if not all as I create many WP blogs. This is teh only template I have ever had so much trouble with.

Get your act together and spend an hour or two on your customers by writing a complete how to! will do you a world of good and may even get me back as a customer!

Spend some time on your customers please!

I cannot even figure out how to edit the home page as I can set it and create it to how I want it to look but does not work that and no idea where you are hising the

where on earth do I edit that to remove the annoying thing from the home page ?

and the Ecommerce template is broken also, as it breaks the WP header bar.

you also need to change the z-index on navbar-fixed-top as you had that wrong also. am removing copy-write since I am only spending time fixing your code. you have more errors than Greece!
