I purchased the minimax Page Layout Plugin, because after the last update, the editor was invisible for me.

With this purchase i ran into more big trouble. The Purchased Version crashed my Website Layout by adding special minmax prefixes from an
extra bootstrap.css and extra bootstrap-responsive.css which wheren’t there in the Demo and overwrote some values i where addicted to…

Ok, i fixed the visual things now by ripping out the special tags i need and did some hours css fixing and ripping and comparing.

(Thats why i purchased your Pulgin? No!)

Ok, in the demo there is a “Add Things from the Medialibrary” IN RICHTEXT EDITOR… which isn’t available in the new and different purchased Version.

Yeah, i know, there is a Image Widget which is able to display Images… but this way i can’t include images within my richtext which is neccessary.
(and text-align a.s.o.)

So after reprogramming my page, doing supportquestions to shaon,
i need your help and i waited some 30 hours now for ANY response other than “hey, so open a admin account” … i sent you the access already yesterday… per email.

How to enable Imageinsertion within Richtext-Editor, as espected by testing in the Demoversion, and buying your purchased Version with my money.

I don’t want to be rude… but you didn’t sold me the Programm i bought… i bought the Pro Version of the Demoversion “Page Layout Builder” and not a in some ways different Software which name is just similar, which is buggy as hell and only produces conflicts with everything, while reducing very important functionality.

I am completly fed up with this, because i am loosing my money actually BECAUSE OF YOU, if i can’t fix YOUR bugs within MY timetable.

I am very very angry.

I need Access to the Media Library within Richtexteditor as you promised me in your Demoversion of the Software i bought from you.

Read the emails from yesterday and you will find access, and it would be so great if i could get something more then i got within the last 30 hours.

I need your help, and help would be great….

PS:

Its ok if you have a older version which delivers the demo functionality, so we have a temporary fix for this… till a official bugfix is out….
then i will use that old one in the meanwhile…

But i have to edit 200+ Pages within the next days. And time is running out.
