ParticipantHi,
another issue with Frontend Post and Media Manager Plugin. As admin, I can choose which roles can publish frontend posts from the plugin’s backend panel.
It happens that if I choose the subscriber and/or the contributor roles and I sign in to post from the frontend with one of those two roles, I’m not able to add media on the frontend ADD POST page but I can add media from the frontend ADD MEDIA page but I’ll not able to attach the added media to a post.
Instead, if I sign in as an editor or author user role, I can add media from the frontend ADD POST page.
It seems that your plugin is not overwriting the wp native user roles’ capabilities.
Could you please check this out asap?
Thank you.September 14, 2014 at 8:48 am #54892WordPress Eden

KeymasterIn New version subscriber can upload media. But for extensive role management you can use some role manager plugin. You can try this one https://wordpress.org/plugins/advanced-access-manager/ from wordpress.org
