Hello, good morning. I have an strange issue with MiniMax. When I insert an image or I use certain elements like “Rich Text”, I can’t edit certain fields; for example if I add an image in the “Rich Text” module, I can’t edit the alt or the description of the image, and also I can’t select the alignment; another issue is that when I add something with “Rich Text”, later I can’t edit it with the “Text” tab, because if for example appears this , and I try to remove that a href and I save, it instantly brings back the old code and doesn’t saves my changes.

I tried in another computer and two browsers, but I have the same issue. It’s actually really frustrating work like this; plus I also can’t use the front-end editing properly. I can’t drag the floating columns window.

I’m not sure if this is something related to my theme, but please let me know if you need access to my WP and where I can send you the login info.

Ohh and I also have another issue with saving the row settings. If I change for example the background image or the margin or padding, it saves apparently, but when I want to edit the row again, everything is in default again. For example if I change the margin to 20 it applies that time, but if then I want to edit the row settings again, it is in 0 when I edit it.

Please give me an email address to send you an updated version. Tried to make changes in your installation, but somehow changes are not being applied in your site. Row settings issue is happening because of your server settings, may be they are limiting GET variable length.

Hello, I have a question. Can I activate my plugins again right? Because some of them are deactivated; or did some of them were causing the issue?

Great thank you! And one last question. For the Minimax you sent me, do I have to upload it via FTP and overwrite everything or uninstall de plugin and then install this version?

Hmmm it’s strange, I installed the version you sent to me but I still have the issue that it doesn’t lets me to save rows and certain elements correctly.

Maybe is something related to my hosting? In that case what should I tell them to increase or enable in my account in order for this to work properly?

Hi WP Eden support; nevermind, about my last message, it works now.

I created a new page and now I can save everything correctly; apparently the changes of the version you sent me weren’t taking effect in old pages, so I’ll just recreate them.
