Hello, I recently purchased Minimax Page Layout. I installed in to my new WordPress site and activated it. When I go to the page tab, it requests the support key. When I enter the key I get the following message “Invalid License Number”. Can you please assist me with this insatllation?

for single user license, if support key already used for one site it can’t be used for others. but if you seeing the message on first use then your server firewall blocking scriptlicense.net to connect your site for verifying support key. please ask you server support to unblock scriptlicense.net and wpeden.com from server firewallSeptember 10, 2012 at 12:24 pm #2269gkelsoeMember

As stated in my original message, I was using Instant WordPress to develop my site on my local computer. I was unable to figure out how to follow your instructions using Instant WordPress on my local computer therefore Minimax was never installed. Because of this difficutly I moved my development site to an on-live provider and tried to reinstall your product again. That is when I receive the invalid license number and I sent you the message above.
Can someone please assist me with resetting my license number as I have NEVER successfully installed your product?
