I’ve recently updated my site with MiniMax (3.0.2) (WP 3.9.1) – and installed IMAGE modules on many pages. While I had a bit of a bumpy start, in the end it worked very nicely.
I had not gone into the Widgets menu for some time, and while trying to get a new plugin to work, discovered the Widgets are not working now. I searched the web, and found that there are new ways in WP 3.9 to interact with Javascript (or Jquery?), and if a plugin does’t do that, things can break.
I’ve set up a dupe of my main site for testing where I can remove all plug-ins. When I deactivate MiniMax 3.0.2 – the Widgets work. When I activate MiniMax – they do not.
If any of the developers will contact me via email ( avr at avr dot avrdev dot net ) I’ll send you a link, admin user and password, and you can try this for yourself.
Hoping a fix can come soon, as my site is now very dependent on MM – and I really can’t do much more this this is fixed.
Regards
