Hello, I installed pricing table pro and I am having problems when using this with my current yoothemes.

1) The icon is not available on the toolbar to enter the shortcode automatically and there is no documentation to show the structure of how to write out the command. (I have worked around this by installing it on a default wordpress instance, but it’s not ideal)

2) The data displayed in the table / tables looks horrible. Words are all cut off, colors of the table are wrong, and look nothing like the examples.
