    To whom it may concern..

    I paid for two plugins on your site. The money was deducted from my paypal acct but your system shows my pending payment. I have left email messages, but have not heard back from anyone on how to get this software delivered. Please, either allow me to download the software and let me have what I paid for or return my money.. but taking people money without delivering is very bad practice.

    My transaction numbers for both purchases are as follows.
