InactiveHi, I paid for Quick Notice Bar Pro plugin, the paypal payment was accepted, but no link to download the plugin anywhere in orders. What should I do?

Have paid 10$ for Quick Notice Bar Pro by PayPal and yet not able to download.
It says in the system that Processing …From Paypay:

The order was in completed status from earlier but issue was with account, as you were not logged in to your account before purchase system created an account using paypal email address for you and you order went under that account. Now i switched it to your another account “davenam”. You should able for download now. And sorry for the delay.

then please go to https://wpeden.com/members/orders/
You will see your order and support key there. Please click on order title, that will bring you to download page.

MemberI got the key and uploaded the pro version. However, a number of products seem to be missing. positioning, fonts, colors, and the notice was on the left covering the admin bar. i used the arrow but it went off the screen totally. Now this morning, any new post had a sort error, and we could not upload pics. i had to deactivate. Please let me know what is going on, as i paid for a full version.
