KeymasterUser search is based on wp username (check username column in All Users page). I checked again and it is working fine in my test. If you want , i can check it in your server. In that case send temporary wp-admin login info in private reply. Thanks.

ParticipantHello,
Have you been able to recreate the issue on either your site or my site?

ParticipantHello,
Thanks for the reply. Did you understand my comment about the host-headers? You will have to add the 2 host entries in to your hosts file to connect to my site.
I’ve just deactivated all plugins except your messaging plugin and enabled a default theme and it still doesn’t work. Your version of the plugin must be different to the version I have installed. Can you please log-on to my site to work out what’s different please?
I’m now running out of time, I raised this issue 23rd November and this issue is stopping me going live with my site, can you give this issue priority please?
Thanks for your help.
Regards,
Craig.

KeymasterI did edit host file and got 404. Did you notice the screenshot attached above? I mean, search function looks for ‘Username’, not ‘Name’

ParticipantHello,
I am searching on the username field, our username field is made up of “first-name last-name”.
There must be something wrong with your host file entry, because it works and has always worked for me and everyone else. Does your host file look similar to this?

ParticipantDon’t worry I FTP’d it across, plus I can see it’s on your site now as a download. Thanks for your help and I will leave you alone now!
Thanks,
Craig.
