I thought this issue was going to be resolved? I am trying to use the rich text editor on a site which is live, and I can’t view the text that I’m entering. My client is going to need this feature to work a.s.a.p. Thank you.July 17, 2014 at 9:23 pm #54497
P.S. I am using the most recent version – I checked.July 18, 2014 at 5:38 am #54498
Send temporary wp-admin login info in private reply to check the issue. Our test shows everything is okay with Richtext module.July 21, 2014 at 2:00 pm #54510

You are using an old version. See blog update about the latest version here https://wpeden.com/minimax-page-layout-builder-v-3-0-6-released/ And checkout the changelog here https://wpeden.com/product/minimax-page-layout-builder/
Go to Members Page >> My Orders Tab to download latest version.
Thanks.July 28, 2014 at 2:11 pm #54564
Okay … it seems that the only way I can update the extension is to disable it, and delte it first. This means, that any of the pages that have been created with this plugin are messed up during the process. Is there no direct way to update the plugin without going through this process first? Thank you.July 28, 2014 at 4:23 pm #54565
Delete old version , then install updated one. Pages created with MiniMax won’t change during the process.
