@mitz87, Use currency parameter in short-code as following example to change shortcode,

[ahm-pricing-table id=17 template=rock currency=£]

That short-code is just an example to show, how to add currency parameter. You have your table shortcode in a page. Just add currency=£ at the end of current short-code in wp-editor.
