    When I use certain templates (e.g. special-elite) my pricing table is not displaying at all!

    Have a look at http://www.cartoonmedia.com/cm/pricing-table-demo/ to see.

    If you look at the source, it seems as though the relevant code is commented out!

    Any ideas?

    looks like all files not uploaded properly, delete current installation and re-install the plugin again

    Tried re-downloading and re-installing, no change. The site is live now, so the URL for the demo page is now [link removed]
