    Hello,
    My table was working properly but then for some reason it suddenly got “messed up.”
    There are two problems:
    1.) The [y] and [n] stopped displaying correctly.
    2.) The rows are no longer lined up.

    try disabling your recently uploaded plugin, it is a JavaScript error
