Memberhello here is almost one month we bought your product and it does not work .. when you pay for a product is expected to at least one support, help .. but from the beginning you did nothing on the site to help us .. this is not serious! Thank you for not forgetting us because we still have not moved!

I am not redirected to shipping method or payment method .. you have any idea what should I do? thank you
