I see no way here to get the update downloaded! Very non-user friendly site. 🙁
Please advise me how should we keep it so that it becomes easier to understand for you. As it is now, you simply need to download it again from your order details page to get latest version, we thought, that is the easiest way, to keep it in same place.
I finally found it, but I must say, is it is, the setup is NOT clear to the casual observer!
When I got to “My Orders” there was nothing to indicate that an update is available. All I see is the order ID (with a “Delete” button beneath it), with the date it was purchase, and it’s status is “Completed”. Having never worked with WPEden before, I had no clue that I should click on the completed order ID to open the page to re-download what appears to be my original order. Sorry my friend – this is NOT a clear system.
I would suggest, if possible to keep each version separate, with it’s version number in plain sight, and as downloaded it’s status can change from something like “new” to “downloaded”. Over time the list will grow as each update is released. This has the added benefit of being able to retrieve a previous version if need be.
If you only want to keep one item the list, then at least identify the version number and reset the download status each time a new one is release.
